Celebrating the NPP Collection during NPP Week 2021!

What a whirlwind of a month! We crossed the finish line with the NPP Collection just in time to celebrate National Park week! The week is over and we wanted to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishment.

We started the NPP project in 2019 with our first three designs: Yosemite, Sequoia, and Joshua Tree. Inspired by our own adventures and wanting to design a consistent set of pins, we set off to design the rest of the parks! It was two years of pushing out 3-4 designs per month. To make it in time for National Park Week, we pushed out the last 7 designs:

Denali, Katmai, Gateway Arch, Glacier Bay, Kobuk Valley, Indiana Dunes, and New River Gorge!

With the completion of the set, we wanted to celebrate! The best part about celebrations are the people you celebrate with! We teamed up with three other amazing asian american makers to join us in the festivities: PB Corner, Nav Nomadic, and Stitchback Stories

Together we ran a megaaaa giveaway for national park week and we even had a special page built out just for this giveaway! (The giveaway has ended, but the page about all the makers can still be found here).

In addition to an awesome team of makers celebrating together, Outdoor Asians featured our origin story! It was an honor to be featured amongst so many other great outdoor enthusiasts.

So now what? The NPP Collection is complete but we're still inspired by so much adventure. We're definitely taking a breather and won't be pushing out as many designs, but we still want to create more to outdoor inspired designs to celebrate nature and the human spirit. Thanks for tagging along on our little art adventure and can't wait to share more!
