PIN GRADING POLICIES

GRADING SYSTEM: 

We implement a grading system on our enamel pins to provide the best quality products for our customers. However, due to the pin manufacturing being a hand made process, pins are not perfect and we do our best to grade the pins as fairly as possible.

We use a two tier grading system: Grade A and Grade B

A Grade: no discount

Has little to no flaws. Includes a backing card with artwork (unless noted otherwise).

B Grade: (seconds) minor discount

Has minor flaws that include (but are not limited to) the following: 

• Over enamel fill

• Under enamel fill

• Dents

• Scratches

• Bubbles

​

There are no returns or exchanges.on B Grade pins.

Some designs will not have B Grade options for purchase.
