SHOP POLICIES

UK Customers: 

Unfortunately due to new regulations, we can only accept UK orders through our Etsy storefront here.  Although there are some products not available in the Etsy shop, please contact us through Etsy and we can build a custom listing for the items you're interested in and will honor our standard prices.

Processing Time: 

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies: 

  • Pins & Stickers: 1-3 days

  • Banners: 3-5 days

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Custom items
  • Items on Sale

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

All orders are wrapped for shipping - please let us know if you would like to include a note and we will do so at no charge.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery Refunds

Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost or not delivered due to the buyer providing an incorrect, incomplete, or non-USPS verified mailing address. No refund will be issued.

If you realize the shipping address is incorrect, please send us a message ASAP and we will update the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.
